  • Athlete and Team Strength and Conditioning Coaching

    If you are an athlete, an aspiring athlete, or are part of a sports team at any level, you may benefit from strength and conditioning sessions.  



    These are designed to work on any weaknesses or gaps in the existing training, to yield better performance and minimise injury risk.  These can also be ideal if you are an athlete returning from injury.



    I currently work with semi professional football players, high level netball players (individual and team) as well as other regional level sportsmen and women.

  • Hybrid or Bespoke Coaching
