ABOUT KATE
I know what it feels like when your body doesn't play by the rules.
I spent years living with an undiagnosed autoimmune thyroid condition. I was doing everything right and getting nowhere. That experience didn't just shape my empathy — it shaped my entire methodology.
With a background in psychology, NLP, hypnotherapy, sport psychology, and over a decade of full-time coaching — including work with professional athletes — I bring a depth to fat loss coaching that goes far beyond macros and workout plans.
I work with women in their 30s and 40s who are tired of generic advice that ignores who they actually are, what their body is actually doing, and what's actually going on between their ears.
